Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges accepted for items that meet ALL of the following conditions:

-New & unused (for tulip products, original tag must be intact)
-With original product packaging
-Original order date must be within 30 days

Customer must provide return shipping, use USPS only, as the return address is a PO Box. For items over $100, it is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
