If your Tulip Jewelry loses a stone within 120 days of purchase, we will repair your ring free of charge and we will cover Two-Way Shipping. After 120 days, choose either Simple Stone Repair or our Signature Restoration service for a flat rate service fee that includes Two-Way Shipping.
Note: If your lost stone is due to obvious abuse of the jewelry, you will be charged for the repair.

We will email you a prepaid return shipping label free of charge.
Ship your rings to us using the shipping label provided and ship your ring in its original box or in another small box. PLEASE PLACE YOUR RING IN THE SMALL BOX AND THEN PLACE IT INTO A 6”x9” or 7x10 PADDED ENVELOPE to protect the product during shipping. Shipping in anything larger may delay your exchange/return process and will result in a higher postage charge to you.
Include the completed printed copy of the “Ring Repair Form” sheet in your package.
Once received we will confirm then process your request. Most items take approximately 2-3 weeks to be repaired. If we have questions we will contact you before proceeding. As soon as the repair is complete, we will return your item to you.
