Easy Ring Exchange Service!

Our exchange process is simple and convenient. This service covers all return shipping, resizing, and the cost of shipping your new ring(s) to you. The only charge you’ll see is for the shipping to us and back to you. 

How It Works:

1. Complete the exchange process, and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
2. Enclose a completed copy of our Exchange Form (found here) and we will handle the rest.
3. Only place ONE service in your cart for exchanging up to 3 rings.

Exchange Requirements:

• Rings must be new and unused (with the original tag intact for tulip products).
• Include the original product packaging.
• The original order date must be within 30 days.

You’ll find detailed exchange instructions on the Exchange Form. Just make sure to enter a valid order number to complete the exchange.

Please note, we do NOT offer half or quarter sizes.
